Benefits of a delete and tune

First off i have 2017 S model diesel. What benefits will i see or would if i did do a delete and tune? The truck as is will pull a 80ft mobile home if i had to guess and well the extra money to spend on this delete and tune to just justify the cost of spending the money on it i cant see. Just cant see any benefit to void my 5/100k warranty for something that is totally not useful. Or at least i dont think it is? Help me figure out why i should.

Less contamination in the oil from post injection, no more def fluid, no more regens, most likely 50% plus better mileage, egr cooler will not crack and dump coolant into exhast, egr valve wont gum up and stick, nor allow hot dirty exhaust go back into the intake to be reburnt, because it will be shut down or removed. O and a very noticeable improvement in power and torque, hopefully torque management will be controlled by your foot as well.

May I add.... No DEF warning lights/system failure notices. Ability to remove DPF filter, before it clogs up and has to be replaced AFTER warranty.

Good deletes will have no codes.

You will not pass a smog test with a deleted truck.

Also if you have time go have a look threw "cumminsforum" the Dodge site. There is a ton of info on deletes regarding the pros and cons.

I would love to delete my truck and my wife knows it. One of the stipulations of trading in our previous truck for this one, I had to leave it stock.

Guess it depends on the type of inspection your state/county does, I do visual only and will it fail...yes...will i fail it..no
If the just look for a check engine light and hook up and check for codes the it should pass...
If they put a sniffer in the tailpipe...who knows then
