Fabbing 5" exhaust out of FBD budget kit

Well gentleman. I am looking around and am tired of seeing an overpriced flo pro kit with a small muffler provided. What all do you think it would take to fab up a 5" downpipe back kit for a 94-02 Dodge Ram 2500 from farm boys diesel http://www.farmboysdiesel.com/produc...raight-pipe-6/

I am thinking it wouldn't take more than a bit of trimming and cutting for adjustments to make it work. The hangers are the only issue I see. Anybody have an idea as to how to make the hangers work?

Did you do a full delete? If not, doing anything to the exhaust is waste of money.

Ordering ezlynk soon. Trying to get ideas gathered. And to address over priced. I guess I worded that inappropriately. I want 5" simple as that

Flo Pro is cheap for a **** good product. If you think they are expensive have a look at the MushroomMoto guys on this site they are insane with their pricing...

You can buy down pipe flanges to do the 5". Honestly I think its going to be a PITA.

Or just buy a 5" to 4" reducer, run your stock down pipe and than get a 5" system but again more f*ck around just to say you got a 5"TB when the 4" will do just fine.

What good is a larger muffler exhaust if still going through the very restrictive DEF?
