PLEASE let there be a fix for the dead pedal. It's about the only thing I don't like about this truck.

I have a few minor things to get done under warranty so I'll make my appointment tomorrow. I'll add throttle lag to the list of items and see what happens.

I took mine in the other day for the hard shifting in the transmission. They said the updated it. When they complete a fix should there be NTB number on the print out of work done? Under my issue it just says transmission updated. The shifting improved and I don't experience the dead pedal so maybe it fixes both issues.

Is this considered a warranty issue? Also, I have the Ag Diesel fuel module on my truck. Any advice from people on here as to whether that will be an issue if I take it into the shop to get the work done on dead pedal? TIA

Put it back to stock then take it in. If they find the module the dealer can recommend that the warranty will be voided. ( technically they can find it even with it removed but they would have to do alot of digging ).

Ugh, I was afraid of that, its a total PITA to switch it back. I'm at almost 40K miles and my warranty lasts until 60K. Maybe I just wait a few months until right before the warranty runs out, I get it fixed....
