Check Engine Code

I have the PPEI ezlynk and on two different tunes I have had the check engine light come on. the code is P225D. Does anyone know what the code is for? It goes away if I put back the stock tune. I am waiting to here back from PPEI.

I have tried their 60hp tune and 100hp tune. They gave me a stock tune to go back to if I need to take it for service and that tune does not throw a check engine light.

I'm assuming they are deleted tunes, did you remove your exhaust and install a race pipe? I'm thinking that code is related to a nox sensor in the exhaust. If there are still plugged in maybe that's screwing with there tuning. Mine was fine tuned before I removed the exhaust and unplugged everything, but I don't know about ppei tuning

Sounds to me like the sensors aren't turned off in the tune...

I was referring to the original poster.

If you have your DPF and SCR deleted to run a tune, those sensors should be turned off in the tune.

If your exhaust parts are intact, and you're trying to run a 60/120 tune, then I'm sure it's gonna make all kinds of stuff go crazy.

Need more info on OP and on yours. Are you tuned? Is your exhaust stuff intact or deleted?
