I've never heard of companies testing in Rhode Island. Not that there is anything wrong with R.I., it's just such a small place that you don't here about that very much. It's like hearing about a car testing in Hawaii or Alaska or something.

Yes, that or anywhere with extreme winter weather conditions along with the type of trail that would help put it in an even tougher situation.
