Best Tuner to emis delete

Hi new to the form, but just got a 2018 Nissan Cummins, looking to CFT performance delete kit, but need a tuner and i cant find who or where to look for it. don't want a increase hp, just keep it all stock with out the emissions stuff

@NavyCuda is the only tuner on this board that anyone recommends. He even sells most of the parts to delete.

I wish that were true. I'm still only selling the tune. I'm not even selling ez lynks anymore.
