While using the bluetooth for phone calls my lights around the screen flicker and the whole entertainment system has shut down on occasion. Has anyone else experienced this? I've had at the dealer to fix but they haven't found anything wrong and there are not any service bulletins out on issues

I had it lock up on the phone screen the first night I got it right after I connected my phone. I restarted the truck and got it to finally start working and it hasn't happened again since. Not the same problem as yours, but it seems to happen to other Fosgate head units in other Nissans.

Yes this is happening at least 2 a day know. In shop will let you know if they
fix

Has your phones recently updated? Wondering if it's an operating system problem or a Titan infotainment system problem.

Bluetooth issues can be specific to phone manufacturer /model, operating system, cell carrier...etc. Your phone make work normally one day, auto install an update and not work normally the next.
Sometimes deleting your phone and pairing it again will help.
Having said that, other Nissan models have had similar issues and required software updates so let your dealer know your issues.
