The youtube video posted by Cummins shows some really interesting design in the head.

It seems to share many design similarities with the Nissan VH45 head design.

It is also worth noting that the ISV is an oversquare diesel engine. It is going to be capable of much higher rpm than what is advertised. I hope to see a redline north of 4000rpm.
