Check the partsfornissans.com website. You may be able to find what you are looking for. Search by model and trim, then check in the interior section. They usually have a breakdown of all parts and numbers in a particular area.

 

I know this is old but if you are still looking for lower row blanks I took some out to add switches, can send them your way if needed.
