Any way to buy just the gasket for the coolant reroute block? I have a slight leak even with using rtv and i think it’s causing a p00b7 code. I may need to replace coolant level sensor as well but addressing one thing at a time.
Just installed Wheeler's kit on my off-road only titan. Kit fit well, no issues. I suggest taking the time to remove your intake manifold and cleaning it. Large amounts of soot (ready to go into the engine) removed with a brush, then an overnight soak in simple green and water. Use a leaf blower to dry it out thoroughly after....

Truck runs great, feels more responsive. Or it could just be my excitement. Thank you Wheeler.

Is it safe for the cast aluminum intake? I know many cleansers are caustic to cast aluminum.

Good old fashioned varsol works pretty well too and won't hurt aluminum. The nice thing with varsol is how easily it rinses clean with warm water.

Another drying option is to put the aluminum components, without sensors, into the oven at its lowest setting (~170F) for an hour or so. That one could be fatal depending on your significant other.

Joey, I didn't notice any issues with the cleaner. I'm very happy with how everything turned out.

I gave mine a bath of Dawn soap and water. Worked pretty well. Might do even better if you can get the water hot, or just take some from your hot water tank.

One of the best modifications I made to my house was installing a mixing valve so I could run cold, hot or any mix in between. I use it maybe once a year, but totally worth having when I do. It will drain my hot water tank rather quickly though.

Sounds pretty handy. The house I recently moved into has a laundry room sink. Big as hell, deep, and never used for clothes. It'd be perfect for cleaning a manifold. Much better than a 60 gallon and recycle bin and a water hose.
WOW! LOL ya I bet he’s a millionaire… so he attempts to do this crap! Sure.
All I want to do, is help people at a super discounted rate compared to others. It’s proven itself, it’s cheaper, & WORKS!

Everyone has & likes choices… I’m offing the community one…
Hey, man very interested in getting this as cft is 1,900 dollars now how can I be reached out or informed?
remove your intake manifold and cleaning it.
Was contemplating doing the same. Did you reused the Intake Manifold Gaskets or purchase new?
@Wheeler

Is there anyway you can release the file for the gasket? I have a machine that can cut gaskets and the material. I still have a leak and would like to get it taken care of.

I reused the gaskets. They are rubber gaskets and mine were in fine shape. I did remove them during the cleaning to prevent damage.

Thanks for the info. How many Miles, what Year is your Titan? (Trying to gauge the condition of the gaskets on my truck) If I feel the need to replace them I would like to order them beforehand.
Most gaskets, seals and o-rings should be considered as one time use. Often times a person will get away with it but the odd time a leak will form due to a seal being too deformed to re set.

The logical side of my brain agrees with you. And the Service Manual specifically states to replace if removed. Sometimes though the Thrifty side gets the better of me. 🙄

Navy is probably right. But to answer your question is: 2016 with 76k
