I've reused my gaskets a few times eithout a problem, but should probably get some new ones for next the time I remove them.
Sorry for the late reply guys really am. I’ve been super busy with life! Lol. It’s like I need a receptionist for my phone! Lol.

So heres the deal. The new kits are delayed. It’s going to be roughly 2-3 more weeks. I KNOW it sucks for everyone! I have had sooo much interest, but nothing I can do.. the new aluminum coolant blocks have to be tested/proven on test truck prior to release. That’s holding things up…

I did get two more original kits out today to the respected buyers who were in line. One of whom is a repeat buyer!!! Cheers to that!!

@darkgenerals I could not secure a gasket, however I’ve traced one out from a kit that was shipped today, & I’ll see if I can get one made if that works.

On a HUGE side note.. I’ll prolly start another thread.

BUT I can now offer EVERYTHING!!!

4”P1 race pipe
Ezylink/unlock cable
Tunes (single 4 week, single lifetime or SOTF)

what ever u require….

Sold a complete package deal today & have another pending.

If you want to post a 1 to 1 black on white image that would work for me as well. I have software that can convert the image to an .SVG to cut out the gasket on a cricut. I can also do the old school method and trace it to gasket material and use scissors.

On a side note, careful with shipping race pipes to the states. I think certain 3 letter agency's are dicks about it.

Here are some helpful tips for install:
1) take your time, it took me about 4.5 hours but I also cleaned the inside of the factory air charge tube of soot
2) the heat shields above the up pipe and turbos are sharp, my hands were all cut up
3) be CAREFUL around the turbo actuator rod while removing the short exhaust pipe under the intake manifold, and MAKE SURE your bolt/nut closest to the turbo actuator rod is short enough and doesn’t make contact or interfere with the up/down motion of the actuator rod while installing the block off plate!
3) you will need to drain approximately 2.5-3 gallons of antifreeze from the engine to do this install
4) remember, most of the sensor plugs do not just pull off, you MUST push in the RED locking tabs on the wiring female plugs prior to releasing and pulling the plugs off
5) the EGR assembly must be removed as a whole unit by pulling the unit straight out towards the coolant reservoir tank (there is a small tube in the back of the EGR connected to the intake manifold that is a pain, just pull and wiggle it and the oring on the short tube will release
6) have a magnet retrieval tool on hand to pick up the metal parts you drop in the engine valley.
7) use RTV on both sides of the provided coolant bypass block gasket and let it dry while working on the other sections of the install
Good luck

Thanks for all that! Helped out a bunch.

Hey guys. Sorry I was in the mountains bush camping with my wife for the last week. Had no cell service. (Which was actually very nice to be unplugged from society for a week! Haha!)

I have 10 kits left as two were shipped out today!

8 left as one more just sold

My sincere apologies for the delay!!

I can ship right away.

Cheers!
