Went ahead and pulled the trigger on 2016 5.0 , only 59k miles and under 30$. Shopping extended warranties now and came across this thread. I have enjoyed reading and love all the knowledge here. First lesson for me was the extension of the turbo warranty. While vehicle is way under 100k , it exceeds the 5year. If I am reading correctly this was extended both in mileage and years, Correct? Second lesson was that there is such a thing as a “Federal Emissions Warranty “ that covers beyond factory. I hope I am understanding these correctly but if not please correct me, as I will use these when shopping extended 3rd party coverage. Thanks All and look forward to many more courses at Titan xd U.

Hello, I recently had experience with this. There is no Federal Emissions Warranty past what it states in the owners manual. I was out of warranty on my 2016 diesel, but the Turbo was covered by Nissan. On the Turbo, they extended the warranty.
