We're some 20 days out from the official debut of the 2016 Titan in Detroit at NAIAS, which logically means that here comes the flood of marketing material.

First up is the 'Truckumentary' video series. Instalment 1 features Fred Diaz, Senior VP of Sales & Marketing Operations at Nissan, prattling on about history and evolution; while Brent Hagan, Product Planner for the new Titan, walks us through the Lane Museum in Tennessee where Nissans truck history is housed. Kind of a where we came from, where were going kind of look.

The 'Gold', if you will, shows up at the end of video 1, we're offered a glimpse of the Titans new typeface.

Compare that with current

The last bit of interest is geographic, as in USA, as in born and bred.

Designed in California, Engineer in Michigan, tested in Arizona, Manufactured in Mississippi with Motors assembled in Indiana and Tennessee. This is not your fathers import.

This is the video that I found. Some of your screen grabs come from there. There really isn't much to it other than the Titan typeface, the date of the reveal in Detroit and some stuff about where all the components are made (in America). It's basically but you were saying but I just wanted to post the video here for everyone as well.

So far they have done well with giving themselves more to work with when it comes to future teasers as there's not much to get out of all we have seen so far.

Good job Nissan.

That's the best kind of teaser, isn't it? Give you something without giving you anything.
