It was relatively painless except having to compress the shocks to get the new struts off and on. The 5100's are a little stiffer on ride quality over the factory P4X bilsteins.

They installed perfectly fine with the RC 3" lift kit.

Was my first time doing suspension work. A buddy of mine who owns a shop told me step by step on how to do it and the other shock/strut I did without any assistance.

It was a nice learning experience.

Nice work! Only done springs once myself, that was enough for one lifetime.

Did you also upgrade the rears?

I’ve got the same setup as you have. I also went with the rear as well.
