I’ll purchased a seat and lower dash assembly from a wrecker in the US. Removed from a crash test rating truck. So brand new. I’ll post some pics of the process when I get to it.

I completed my console swap. It is really quite easy. I retained my heated seats and rear seat 110V power. I enjoy the middle jump seat as a console. It is higher for more comfortable arm rest support. Factory consoles are usually much lower.

Do you think you could fill me in on how you did the swap? I’m looking to swap my console in my 2016 for a jump seat.

Really nice job. I have no need myself, since we have a 7-passenger SUV but I really appreciate seeing this kind of project.

Did you have any issue with the shifter, I’m in the process of do that same. On 2004 Nissan Titan. Where are you located?

This is an XD forum, 2016 and up. These trucks have column shifters — not a floor or console shifter like first generation Titans. I don't think you will find much useful here as it's pretty much a different truck.

Sorry guys i just seen the questions. I cut the holes using the black plastic supports as a guide. The plastic support was glued to the back of the trim piece. The switch snaps into this support. I needed to do some trimming with a Dremel tool. The parts came from a wrecker in Virginia. They had trucks from crash testing. One front collision, one t boned, one rolled. I got the seat, the front cup holder trim and the little blank covers for the bolt access.
