I had the recall fix today. I haven't gotten a letter yet, but it showed in my My Nissan App, and the App suggested I contact the nearest dealer. Before that dealer could commit to the recall repair, they had to check to see if they had the recall repair kit in stock (you will want to make sure of that before taking yours in). It took nearly 3 hours, but I think most of that time the truck was queued up somewhere waiting for someone to pay attention to it.
While they tested their work, I got a variety of alerts on my Nissan Connect App such as: Alarm triggered, the low oil pressure lamp is activated etc. My iPhone put the messages up as notifications so you don't have to open the Nissan Connect App and watch it. When you see those alerts, you will know that they are finally nearing completion of the recall repair.
