I got tired of looking at my ugly, weathered, rusted UCAs on my 2017 Titan, so I painted them Gloss Black. Your thoughts?

I live in FL, but the UCAs were just nasty looking, rust and pitting. I sanded them a bit, sprayed a layer of primer and VHT Roll Bar and Chasis paint. they look new now.

Seems like many manufacturers half ass the underside paint. Kind of a shame

Did my entire frame. Rust spots formed on the welds from manufacturing. Used a wire brush to get corrosion off, then sprayed that rust conversion spray and finished off with a satin black rustoleum paint.

Did you just spot paint the whole frame or get every inch of it?

I was thinking about doing the same for all the areas where the frame is exposed.
