One of the screen shows the front defroster but the rear/side mirror defroster is not there. It'd be odd if it is on a different screen. Just saying...It's more than likely buttons on the screen now?

Notice hazard lights are dead also...
That's likely because you connected it up wrong. It is easy to do. The connectors will for in more than one location. Watch the installation video very carefully to match up which color connector goes where. I had the same problem initially.Notice hazard lights are dead also...
Did you add any of the extra options or just how it comes by itselfI have the Rockford Fosgate system and it sounds fine. Uses its own built in Mike. Full functionality on everything as far as I can tell.
I have high hope for this unit but haven't purchased yet , best of luck hope you figure it out! keep us updated with issues and resolutionI'm having a lot of issues..looking for an exchange...not a repair.. CS is slow and offshore. The pain of new product ownership.
The connectors are keyed. It is impossible to do it wrong. All others work. The hazard is a different size.
It works fine...then does not boot as the photo shows.
It is absolutely possible to put them in the wrong spot. Ask me how I know....the are keyed, but some of the places on the radio where they go will accept a keyed connector that doesn't go there. I had to closely watch the installation video to figure that out. Same symptoms when you do it. Hazards don't work, some of the other stuff doesn't work correctly, etc. But hey, do what you want.The connectors are keyed. It is impossible to do it wrong. All others work. 4 of 5 lower switches work fine. The illumination is also off. The hazard switch is a different size. Again..only one place it fits..keyed or not.
Ok, I had the same problem but ok.
Just got mine installed today and i have some issues as well. The car play is not working. I will fiddle with it tomorrow.I'm having a lot of issues..looking for an exchange...not a repair.. CS is slow and offshore. The pain of new product ownership.
