I can't see it either, try uploading it to this forum as an attachment, if it's too big then moving towards uploading it to Google Drive and making it public (which should take about 5 minutes) is a good way to go about this.

Are these different from those accessories that can be ordered from Nissan outside of the "pre-sell package"? I'm just confused abuot what is so special about these. Are they discounted?

It means standard everyday stock order by a dealer. The kit is the only thing that can be ordered before that date. Has nothing to do with fleet dealer or regular dealer.
