That doesn't seem like much weight for our trucks. Are you putting too much weight on the tongue?

Some welding in the right places should add strength and rigidity if that's what you need.

Here are pics of a Ford F250/F350 rear frame section vs the Titan XD rear frame section. I am not sure why some people insist that are frames are much weaker than the big three's frames.

Titan XD is the first pic and the 2nd pic is of a F250/F350 frame.

Certainly don’t look to be any weaker! My XD have to be leveled twice by frame shop. I’m just afraid now to load anything heavy on the rear bumper. I contacted a welder to see about welding a cut of steel in the rear section.
Any recommendations on where to place it ???

I have had 3000lbs of sod in my bed and did not have anything happen to it. I checked my bed spacing after seeing this and everything looks fine on mine. I have also hauled 2500lbs of hardwood flooring without issue. Did they look at your hitch to see if there was any issue with that? It seems your issues are occurring when towing from your hitch correct?

Per E trailer:

The big differences between a Class IV and a Class V hitch are the capacities and the opening size. Class IV is going to be a 2 inch hitch opening that has tongue weights typically up to 1,200 lbs and total trailer weight of 12,000 lbs. For a Class V hitch the capacities bump up to 20,000 lbs for the total trailer weight and 2,000 lbs tongue weight. Typically this hitch will have a 2-1/2 inch hitch opening but there are some 2 inch sizes available.

Maybe you need to upgrade to a class 5 hitch?

Bed looked like it was tilted back just slightly. Frame machine confirmed bed was not level.
Are you inspecting the results yourself? It’s possible to tweek the bed without bending the frame. To actually bend the frame is a significant event and you’d like notice other symptoms such as pulling, driving dog legged, scrubbing or other abnormalities.

Something doesn’t sound right about this.
