I currently have an RC 6" lift with Fabtech coilovers and Icon Deltajoint UCAs.

I hate that I can't find rear shocks with reservoirs for the 6" lift.

I would like to be able to use the Bilstein 5160 or Fabtech rears with the reservoir but they are only for 3" lifts.

Is it possible to use a rear shock extension to accommodate the above shocks?

I think so. I lifted mine and made a mistake buying the regular length on the 5100s but the lift kit came with extensions so that accommodated the 3" lift. So if you get the Bilsteins that are already extended for the 3" lift, you can install the extension to compensate the 3" difference.

I recently got a procomp 5” lift. I was told by the bilstein rep and the 4wheelparts rep that the 5160 shocks would work with my lift. They were on back order at the time so I just stuck with the bs procomp rear shock that came with the kit.

I’m not sure what size blocks my kit has in the rear but I would think it’s possibly similar to your kit
