Did this tab to the DEF line give anyone else an issue getting off? I can't get a good angle on it to see good because the frame is in the way and it faces the outside, but I pushed the tab from the bottom with a pick and still no give when I try to pull the connector off. It's up a good quarter inch. Just trying not to break it. Help? Lol

Spray it with some penetrating oil. Dirt is probably making the red tab difficult to move.
About how far does this red tab need to be up in order for this connector to be disconnected? I actually just got the red tab up a little too far and it went flying out of the connector. It didn't break and it slid back in and locked but still can't get it disconnected. Even while it was popped out the damn thing still wouldn't pull away.

I was just about to comment, I haven't removed that connector in a long time, but I know some of the aftertreatment connectors are complicated and hard to see.

I overcomplicated it so didn't see the other tab at the top to press in while pulling because I was so focused on getting it free from the red lock tab. Had to search up an old post on a Titan FB forum where someone had the same issue. Good thing I didn't get so frustrated to the point of pulling out the trusty hammer.
