Titan with utility box has different taillights, why?

I've never heard that. There should be absolutely no difference between a taillight installed on a truck that then had the accessory utility boxes placed in the bed and the taillight installed on a truck that didn't go on to have utility boxes installed. The boxes have nothing to do with the taillights and in fact can be installed and removed fairly easily without any connection or interference from most everything else in the rear of the truck.
