I guess that was an unreliable review lol..This guy doesn't know is fact:
"...sure, you can get a smaller Cummins diesel in the Ram."
The 'smaller' diesel in the Ram 1500 is a VM motori from FIAT, not Cummins.
To be fair, the guy never said you can get a smaller Cummings diesel in a Ram 1500, he said you can get a smaller ecodiesel in a Ram.

Nope, in the written article the diesel availability in any of Rams isn't even mentioned. The article the OP linked to stated in the write up you could get the smaller Cummins in a Ram if I remember correctly.

Hah, well there ya go... I guess after hearing him say ecodiesel in the video I just skimmed the article. Whoops!http://driving.ca/nissan/titan/reviews/road-test/pickup-review-2016-nissan-titan-xd
Second paragraph below the pictures
The Titan XD was designed specifically for towing, starting from the front, with a 310-horsepower 5.0-litre Cummins turbodiesel and a six-speed transmission; sure, you can get a smaller Cummins diesel in the Ram, but not with the whopping 555 lb.-ft. of torque this one delivers.
