Hey guys .
I am planing on putting a lift on newer gas Titan XD , I know back in the day dealers could change the Revs per mile with out adding some sort of speedo corrector , I just hate adding a sore of box when can be reprogrammed.
I did send a text to a buddy who was a nissan tech and see what he says .
My nissan dealer is a lift friendly dealer , they do up to 6” lifts and 35’s , will also have to ask my sales guy to ask there tech what they do .
Thanks
Greg

Unless consult 3 has the option to my knowledge no one currently has a fix to correct the Speedo for bigger tires. A gearing change would be your only option but that presents some interesting questions. If you go to large of a difference, it may confuse the ecm. The wheel speed sensors wouldn’t jive with the output sensor on the transmission.

I know dealers few years back could change the Rev’s per mile for tire size changes but 33 was the largest , my buddy said he would hook up his factory nissan PC and see if he can do it . I also contacted Hypertech and they said there working on one but a few months out for the 2023/24 .

The speedo correction has not been a big deal for my Titans, since the bigger tires are not significantly larger than stock, but in my 98 Frontier I went from the stock 215/65r15 (basically car tires) to 305/65r17 mudders, and the speedo was off by like 25%.
