Updated to add the service manual that I compiled into a single PDF, instead of sections. It's an Adobe Acrobat link, and you should be able to download a copy to your local storage so you're not relying on internet. I still kept the NICO Club link posted, so you can easily download inidvidual sections of the manual if desired.

I’ll double check, but it appears Nissan Canada is now selling Mobil Atf 3309 under the part number for what was formerly Nissan branded matik k.

So the dealership ordered it as part number 99998-ATFMTK, the box was a mobil atf3309 box with an affixed Nissan Canada sticker with the Nissan part number.

I don't know who made the Nissan fluid, but I imagine it was mobil.

I can't seem to find much information on Nissan Matic K, and it has no mention of Mobil. Looking up the Mobil fluid, it has no mention of Nissan, but does seem to be used in some Toyotas, Audis, and GM vehicles. I did read that Nissan Matic K is very similar to Dexron III, so perhaps this Mobil fluid is Matic K without a new container. After all, I doubt Nissan is making their own fluids. They're probably just repackaging and upcharging for the Mobil 3309.

It appears the atf 3309 is the oil that is specced by Aisin for the dodge trucks. It appears to be what is specced for ours as well. So a repackage seems the most likely answer.

Updated to add a link to all Nissan/Infiniti Tech-Talk magazines, followed by links to each issue that has anything to do with the Titan XD. Kind of a shame, as it appears they stopped publishing those in 2017 despite how much useful information you'll find on them.

Updated to add a simple, free fix for the very common P00B7 code, which will place stock trucks into limp mode. This can be ran as a permanent solution if you don't feel like spending about $200 on a new resevoir for a pesky sensor.

I myself am really weak on what the dtc codes are and what they’re related to. A list of the most commonly thrown codes and the ideal troubleshooting steps would be a good addition.

I posted a handful of common codes under "solutions to common problems". It seems some of the most common problems we have, which are not related to emissions equipment, are for the turbos. I couldn't find any definite answers as to why they're failing. Carbon buildup is a popular theory, but nothing I'd have confidence in posting here. I'll continue to prioritize that section, to provide diagnotic steps and solutions. The problem here is my truck has hardly given me any problems, so I'm just finding what other people post to help fill this thread. That gets hard, since many posts aren't very descriptive, or a solution is never found. It seems like carbon buildup and eletrical connections are a common cause to many problems. Sorry I'm not much help.
